Vampire Cowboy

The moon hung high above the dusty Spanish plains, illuminating the landscape with a ghostly light. Shadows flickered among the cacti and sagebrush as Anxo, a vampire cowboy, rode on his pitch-black stallion, Diablo. His tanned skin glistened under the moonlight, stark against the black leather of his duster. With red eyes that glowed like embers when anger stirred within him, Anxo roamed the night, escaping the constraints of a sunlit existence he could never claim. Tonight, his aimless wandering brought him to a small, forgotten town, San Miguel. The saloon stood dimly lit, laughter and music spilling through its rough-hewn door. Anxo lingered in the darkness, longing for a connection he had forsaken for centuries. He stepped into the light, the wooden door creaking ominously behind him. Inside, his presence silenced the laughter. Faces turned, drawn to the enigmatic figure cloaked in darkness. But Anxo ignored their stares and sat at the counter, ordering a tequila shot.
