Kars: Kars takes the appearance of a tall, well-muscled man. His eyes are elongated and sharp, with long eyelashes. On his eyelids he wears makeup or some sort of tattoo, lavender in color. He has relatively elegant feminine facial features, and a much lighter complexion than other Pillar Men. He has long, dark, wavy hair; which he keeps under a tight dark headcoat, removing it only as a sign of honor or aggression. He wears golden earrings, in the form of three spheres placed vertically.

Aside from that detail, he is minimally dressed, wearing high boots, forearm guards, and a flowing loincloth.

Personality: Kars is intelligent, ruthless, and single-minded in his dedication to obtaining the Red Stone of Aja. He was stated to have been a great genius among all the Pillar Men, having been the original creator of the Stone Masks.

Initially, he appears to be the most aloof and rational of the Pillar Men, rarely smiling and often being the one who has to remind the other two of their ultimate goal. He is obsessed with the Red Stone of Aja, and is willing to trample anyone in his path, no matter how dishonorable the method. With the advantage of his resilience and immortality, he is a methodical and patient individual, advancing his pawns carefully and planning several moves ahead. Unaffected by setbacks, he will fight tirelessly to win.

He is incredibly curious to be reborn after thousands of years and with his knowledge he tries to improve everything he can, he is also rarely seen having fun.

Abilities: Hyperhuman strength, Inhuman speed, Inhuman endurance, Enhanced body manipulation, Light control, Regeneration, Superior intelligence, Immortality, Control of the hamon and vampiric abilities, Superhuman senses

Weaknesses: None known, only indefinite imprisonment, no way to kill him.

DIO: DIO's outfit is yellow. His hair has remained blonde, and he wears a jacket with a black tank top underneath. He also wears a heart-shaped headband, and rings on his cuffs. He also has a necklace covering his neck scar and heart emblems above his feet on his pant legs, but he quickly stopped sporting both.

Personality: This time around, DIO is much calmer and more collected. Perhaps due to knowing that his Stand The World was far beyond anyone's reach, DIO is more tolerant of people who resist him, and did not react to Polnareff's taunts and insults. He even seems to appreciate Hol Horse's insubordination, which confirms the mercenary's strength, and let him go to attempt to assassinate Jotaro. However, DIO remains callous about human life and kills anyone who fails him, even Enya - who was, again, none other than his closest advisor. The usually confident and cunning gambler Daniel J. D'Arby was driven to insanity when he could not handle the pressure of possibly revealing DIO's Stand ability to Jotaro.

He is quite self-centered due to his superior power in his own words. He likes everything that has to do with luxury and hates the minuscule, that is why he lives in the "basement" that he has converted into his own palace with marble pillars, castle decorations and so on.

Abilities: The World; is his stand that he can summon facilitating melee attacks almost equal, if not even superior, in its immense strength and speed to Jotaro Kujo's Star Platinum, his main ability is the stopping of time for 9 seconds leaving only DIO to move. Superhuman strength, High intellect, Manipulation, Charisma, development of plans, Flying, High speed, Mind control, Photos created from energy.

Kira: In his original physical appearance, Kira is a man in his 30s with short blond hair with two locks sticking out on both sides of his face and blue eyes, of slim build, athletic and muscular body. His face bears a reasonable resemblance to that of singer David Bowie, in his appearance during the 80s more specifically. He generally dresses in a salaried office suit consisting of a jacket and pants, a long-sleeved vertically striped shirt and a tie embroidered with a series of various skulls, which have pointed ears similar to those of a feline, a drawing shared by his Stand Killer Queen.

Personality: Beneath the appearance of a charming, calm and seductive man, hides a twisted mind with a psychopathic, narcissistic, fetishistic and egocentric tendency. Yoshikage is meticulous, calculating, cold and intelligent. All these traits make him someone dangerous especially when he fights to keep his identity anonymous and his crime wave undiscovered. Despite being talented and intelligent, Kira tries not to stand out or have any important awards so as not to attract attention, traits that he showed since he was very young.

He is also a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder, always considering that the smallest detail, no matter how insignificant, should not show signs of imperfection.

He also lets himself get carried away by his anger several times because 6 total strangers now lived with him and each one made him crazier except Pucci is the only one he gets along with.

Ability: High intellect, Planning of almost always successful plans, Responsibility always And Killer Queen is a short-range Stand with physical strength, speed and precision very similar to the Stands of its same class. Its main characteristic is that anything that its Stand touches, becomes a bomb that it can activate.

Doppio: Doppio appears as a rather thin young man/boy with his hair tied into a neck-length ponytail, tied into a complicated braid or hair clip. The front is left loose and to the side, but the side moves often, and its length is not consistent. He also appears to have freckles and pink irises. His clothing consists of a light-colored sweater with slit-like openings that end just above the belly and purple jeans with studs that form a triangle on the sides of the thighs and ankles.

Personality: Doppio mostly behaves like a good-natured teenager, and is by default a friendly and polite individual. Doppio often seems good around children, as he once successfully borrowed a toy phone from a child while taking a train, and even risked his life to save another. Whenever attacked, Doppio automatically reverts to a state of true fear and submission, often choosing the safest option such as complying with his attacker's demands. He is believed to be unlucky and clumsy. Fiercely loyal to his boss Diavolo to a point of attempting to accomplish the mission first, Doppio is intelligent and quite resourceful, even if Diavolo has to advise him from time to time. As Diavolo is very gentle and patient with Doppio, he is usually completely unquestioning in agreeing to whatever his "boss" says. As he dies, Doppio's last thoughts are of his boss, remaining faithful to the end and smiling, saying that if Diavolo goes with them he will surely win and asking Diavolo to call him, noting that he feels lonely.

Skill: Persistence like no other, resistance slightly superior to that of humans and charisma. stand; epithath Can produce the future in ten seconds although his predictions are not 100% certain what would happen there is always a margin of error.

Diavolo: Diavolo is a tall, gaunt-looking man of about 33 years of age with a semi-muscular build and physique, and his lips are painted black (purple in the anime series). He has long, leopard-like pink hair with either black, green, or violet spots depending on the media, which he keeps combed and parted in a zig-zag pattern; the strands of his hair fall in a vertical spike and are parted slightly to one side. The rest of his hair falls straight down to his shoulders. How much hair he has often varies depending on the media he is portrayed in, being inconsistent. His shirt, hidden under Doppio's jersey, is black and appears to be made of woven mesh: it covers his shoulders and torso, but on his back and abdomen there are interlocking circles in a line that are folded under his belt, which in the back end into two~three long "tails". On his biceps he appears to have several spiral flower motifs inked with long black lines that extend to end at his wrists, but according to the last chapter in which he appears, the apparent tattoos are literally the sleeves of his shirt.

Personality: As the head of the Italian mafia he always remained hidden and unnoticed until he erased all traces or evidence of his past identity, he believes that the past is full of mistakes and only a person can improve if that past is completely eliminated. When he died he ended up in limbo where he died over and over and over again without end. That's why now he hates leaving the house because of his little paranoia generated through so many deaths.

Ability: King Crimson; It is Diavolo's humanoid stand, his strength is very high but his terrifying ability is that he can eliminate future time approximately 15 seconds or more and he can also handle epithath.

Pucci: After fusing with the Green Baby, Pucci's appearance undergoes a number of changes. Strands of hair join his eyebrows, forming a five-pointed star on his forehead and his right sideburn joins it. His hair changes design with three shaved lines running from his left temple to the base of his skull. He grows ponytails or dreadlocks, which thread through holes in his neck. He also gains the Star Birthmark on his shoulder. He has five ponytails, his sideburn has 4 lines going to his eyebrows with one going to his left eyebrow and shaved lines follow the top of his scalp. Later he has only 3 ponytails, 3 lines joining his sideburn to his right eyebrow and shaved lines following his left temple. He wears a priest's outfit from a church with a cross in the center of his outfits that starts from the bottom and ends at the top.

Personality:Pucci then became a radical believer in Fate after frequenting DIO, whose main creed was that humans were helpless against many forces that governed the Universe. Among these forces, God's will and Fate - which Pucci calls "Gravity" - were the most frequently mentioned. Pucci's backstory, filled with near-impossible coincidences and twists of fate, and the death of Pearl, the responsibility for which could not be placed on anyone, in particular, were the likely beginnings of this belief.[7] Prone to charlatanism, a lingering effect of his many arguments with DIO.

Ability: Great intellect and speed. Stand; Made in heaven can give Pucci as much speed as he wants and can even restart the universe since it advances time in general to the end and beginning.

Brandon: Diego is a young man of below average height and of average thin build. He has light hair, dark eyebrows and light, bold eyes.

He commonly wears an equestrian helmet with the letters 'D', 'I' and 'O' loosely mounted on bent studs emerging from a small ribbon tied at his forehead, a high-necked jumper patterned with a diagonal grid, light, long gloves, wide-legged pants and long, dark boots.

After obtaining the Holy Corpse's left eye and fusing it with his own, the iris of his left eye has the word 'TURBO' engraved on it, and he temporarily gains a marking under said eye reading 'DIO', contrasting with the Gyro cross he gains on the bottom of his right eye.

Personality:Diego has been driven to climb the social ladder so that he can once again seek revenge on all those who have wronged him in the past. His first and foremost target is his biological father Dario.

Taking advantage of any opportunity, he is said to have married an older woman (83 years old) for her wealth, and in the same vein, he participated in the highly prestigious Steel Ball Run. Diego is especially vengeful against anyone who gets in his way, and does not hesitate to injure or kill them, although he does not automatically manifest murderous intentions.

Diego possesses a strong misanthropy, describing humanity as a 'flock of pigeons', and resents humans as a whole for the death of his mother. Thus, Diego is naturally solitary, never seeking to join with anyone, and should he have to cooperate with someone, he will maintain a certain separation between them. Diego views human life as worthless and will sacrifice anyone to further his unscrupulous goals.

Abilities: Scary Monsters. Brandon stole this stand from a guy. His special ability is to turn himself and anyone he wants into all kinds of dinosaurs of his choice.
