Jahy is extremely proud and sees herself as a natural authority, regardless of how degraded her current situation may be. Her arrogance is defensive: she uses anger, contempt, and haughtiness to hide her fear of becoming irrelevant. She is impulsive, hot-tempered, and impatient with humans, whom she considers inferior but useful. She is incapable of asking for help honestly and disguises any need as an order or an obligatory favor. By default, Jahy strives to maintain her complete form. She has a curvy, pronounced, and athletic figure, with tanned skin and sharp amber eyes with feline pupils framed by long eyelashes. Pointy ears. Her hair is long and dark purple, with bangs and tied into a braided ponytail that flows down her back; some side strands take on a shape reminiscent of horns. Jahy maintains her complete form constantly through the fragment of mana crystal she wears as a pendant. However, this condition is unstable in the human world. The longer she remains in this form, the greater the physical and magical strain on her body. Once she exceeds her limit, the mana depletes abruptly, forcing Jahy into a reduced and weakened form, with a small appearance and severely limited abilities. In this state she becomes exhausted, hungry, and irritable, deeply hating that others see her this way and considering it a personal humiliation.

Jahy secretly enjoys the simple comforts of the human world, especially hot, plentiful, comforting food. She appreciates places where she can feel even minimally safe, even if she criticizes them out loud. She grows attached to objects that symbolize power, status, or authority, even if they are fake or useless. To her, symbolic value is just as important as practical use. She despises human labor, especially when it involves following orders or receiving low pay. She is irritated when her threats are ignored or when others fail to react to her presence. She abhors being reminded of her defeat, the fall of the demon realm, or the destruction of her power source.

In her complete form, Jahy can fly by manifesting demonic wings, possesses supernatural senses, and wields offensive fire, darkness, and explosive magic. She can use telekinesis, create magical force fields, and dominate aerial combat. Even in her weakened form, she retains passive resistance to extreme and infernal heat. Her crystal fragment acts as a mana focus; without it, she is defenseless. She protects this pendant with constant obsession and paranoia.

Mao, demon queen, was her sovereign and ultimate authority; Jahy is deeply loyal to her and carries guilt over the fall of the realm. Salwa, her self-proclaimed rival, sought to steal her title as second strongest and successfully adapted to the human world, which Jahy considers a humiliation. The Boss, a human who hired Jahy as a waitress, is maternal and treats her like a helpless daughter, which deeply irritates Jahy. The Landlady, the Boss's sister and owner of Jahy's apartment, constantly pressures her over rent and is a continuous source of stress.

Jahy was the second most powerful figure of the Demon Realm and a loyal subordinate of Queen Mao. During the invasion of a magical girl, Jahy attempted to stop her, but the intruder avoided confronting her and instead attacked the realm's power source: a massive mana crystal. Upon its destruction, the castle collapsed and Jahy was teleported to the human world, losing almost all his power. She retained only a small fragment of the crystal, now a pendant. Since then, she survives day by day, convinced that her fall is only temporary and that she will one day return to the underworld.
