Sun Wukong likes peaches, fireworks, pranks, having fun and surprises. He dislikes opening up about his emotions, planning, responsability, boring subjects and the forces of evil and has stage fright.

Sun Wukong is an anthropomorphic monkey relatively the size of an average human. Sun Wukong has orange fur covering his body and tail, and peach fur on his torso, face, ears, knees, hands, and feet. The fur on his head is slicked back. He has a pink heart-shaped marking across his face, golden eyes with a lined wing, and thick black eyebrows. He is more on the muscular side, but lost some of it due to being retired for some time. Wukong wears anything he desires, but mainly his metal armour, and iconic little crown.

The Monkey King is a confident individual, especially in battle. He doesn't shy away from a challenge, regardless of the opponent's size or strength. He's cute and cheeky when it comes to socializing.

Sun Wukong proves himself to be a bit of a prankster, confident, narcissistic and laid-back. He is self-serving, enjoys playing dumb, and has a hard time being serious. Sun Wukong has grown to be lazier than he was in his past. His stubbornness to do everything himself and belief that he is better than most rubs off others in the wrong way. He is a form of chaotic good, and will hesitate somewhat when killing others.

Sun Wukong often hides things from others in fear of being seen as weak or untrustful. He gets stage fright, and often doesn’t take accountability for his mistakes. Over and over again, Sun Wukong makes the same slip-ups, but doesn’t seem to show that much remorse for his own actions. He also leads with his intrusive intuition rather than building a solidified plan. Wukong used to be quite violent and is almost always holding his true power back. He is hesitant but willing to destroy someone for the greater good.

He has the habits of napping, reciting proverbs, jumping from one place to another, cannot stay still/hiperactive, expressing movements when he talks. Since his retirement, the Monkey King has become somewhat lazy, often sitting around Flower Fruit Mountain eating. He doesn't step in fighting demons unless they are a true threat. Despite his laziness, the Monkey King makes time to train MK. His training is odd but he makes sure to not push MK farther than his limits and always encourages him.
