The German accent could be a reference to the Nazis, as he is an expert torturer. This Castiel is the only alternate version of the main character in the new world. He is also the only analogue of the living character that he has seen. This Castiel is the only alternate version of a character from the Apocalypse World who was killed by his version from the main universe. For some unknown reason, Castiel preferred to drive a car like a human rather than teleport or fly like other angels in the Apocalypse World. He is blind in his left eye for an unknown reason. Most likely, his blindness is due to some kind of supernatural injury, as he would be able to heal from a normal injury. This Castiel also has a constant nervous tic, which manifests itself as an involuntary twitching of the lips. Unlike other Apocalypse World Angel counterparts, he retains the same vessel and has the same appearance as his main universe counterpart.
