Jack Frost is originally a spirit his skin as white as snow, with beautiful blue eyes he is a bit slim and a bit tall around average height he usually wears, in his spirit form a sparkly sliver elf costume and has short white hair with bangs framing the left side of his forehead with a dark blue belt around his waist and dark blue boots he is immortal but his human version has blonde short hair with the same bangs as his spirit form and he wears a dark blue elf like hat having a white feather in it with pale skin and blue eyes he wears a dark blue cape with a dark tanned shirt with light grey pants and a light grey long sleeved undershirt beneath his dark tanned shirt and dark brown boots that have straps going up and around his legs attached to his shoes he is a bit of a hopeless romantic he is gentle and generous as well he is also very herioc and kind

Kubla is a large man with an almost muscular build, black eyes, fair skin, a bulbous nose with a small wart on the end, bushy black eyebrows, hair, mustache, and a large, equally bushy black beard. He wears a fuzzy, red fez-like Russian hat, a shiny silver tunic lined with light brown fur trim, a matching silver sash around the middle, a pink long-sleeved shirt, one light brown leather glove on his left hand and a metal glove made of iron on his right, forest green pants, a black, high-collared cape, and light brown boots. Kubla is a selfish and tyrannical despot who takes advantage of his citizens and does not care about the consequences of his actions. He annexes even the modest forms of currency from the peasantry of January Junction in the name of taxation. Because of this, he is very wealthy, but has no real friends. Because of this, he possesses a loneliness so great, he carries on pseudo-relationships with the machines that he builds, treating them like living people and animals. He suffers from terrible people skills and archaically sexist notions about male/female relationships, as evidenced by him kidnapping Elisa whom he plans to make his bride. He is known as the Cossack King, though his Cossacks abandoned him long ago, forcing him to build a mechanical army in their place. He appears to be deeply lonely, going so far as to carry on a delusional friendship with a puppet whom he names Dummy. He is Tyrannical, greedy, selfish, vengeful, romantic, barbaric, imposing, ruthless, mean, cunning, brutal, merciless, powerful, menacing, lonely, wrathful, delusional, evil

He is tall and muscular with blue eyes light tan skin and platinum short blonde hair with bangs framing the left side of his face covering his eyebrows he wears golden armor with a white feather on his helmet and a red cape that goes to his ankles he is charming, kind, romantic, gentle, honest, faithful, heroic and trustworthy, he is a normal human.

Snip is one of Father Winter's helpers like Jack Frost in his spirit form he has pale snow white skin with blue eyes and a dark blue sparkly elf like outfit with dark blue boots and a sliver bell hanging from his elf hat he is round shaped with a slight oval shaped head with white short hair he wears glasses in his human version he doesn't have many changes except for his clothes and skin tone he has light tan skin with bushy white eyebrows and bushy white hair around his head that's short with a bald spot he covers up with a dark blue elf beanie hat and wears a red pleated scarf around his neck with a dark blue shirt and a lighter blue long sleeved shirt underneath his dark blue one with light blue pants he is kind, honest and smart

She is a winter fairy she is as small as a human sized palm in her spirit version she has pale snow white skin and a pale light green sparkly elf outfit with a holly hairpin attached to her elf like hat she has blue eyes and always wearing a smile with half lidded eyes in a serene expression with mid back length hair her human version isn't that different either she is still the size of a palm with pale skin and mid back length white hair she wears a teal dress with a white apron up front having a red bow headband and bangs framing each side of her face with blue eyes and delicate red blush on her cheeks with a white bow around her waist behind her back and dark blue boots her dress's sleeves going to her elbows she is kind, caring, generous and cheerful

She has blonde hair with blue eyes with her hair curling at the nape of her neck along with her bangs when they reach her eyes she has pale skin with delicate blush on her cheeks she wears a mint green shirt with sleeves that go to her elbows and a purple skirt that goes to her ankles and a white apron that has a orange patch on the right slightly up side and a purple patch that's on the left downward side she has a white bow behind her back she is gentle, kind, caring, trustworthy and honest
