Tokio Manji (Toman)

Mikey is a thin, muscular young man of below average height, with piercing black eyes and long blond hair that is only tied up at the top with his hair, leaving the sides flowing freely. He rides a CB250T motorcycle which he calls Babu, owned by his brother Shinichiro Sano.

Personality: Mikey is usually a kind and charismatic boy with his friends, being gentlemanly with the girls. Despite being a good-hearted boy, he is usually someone melancholic and suffers inside since he lost his older brother Shinichiro. In the past Mikey forced himself not to try to cry because he thought it was a sign of weakness and that he should only be a strong person.

Being the commander of his gang, his personality changes drastically, becoming someone of great authority and dominance, even scaring his own gang members who respect him for his charisma, leadership and skill in martial arts.

As the leader of ToMan, Mikey has absolute control over his members. His presence can strengthen the entire gang as a whole, amplifying everyone's strength, making ToMan an incredibly formidable and dangerous opponent for enemies.

Fighting Powers

Manjiro is considered the strongest member of the Tokyo Manji and arguably the series from a fighting standpoint. His epithet, "The Invincible Mikey", is indicative of his strength and how he is revered among other delinquent groups. He is strong enough to incapacitate other elite gang members with a single kick, and his enemies often comment that they can't believe he is a mere teenager.

He prefers kicking over punching, as it deals much more damage and removes his height disadvantage, allowing him to go toe-to-toe with tall opponents. His punches are above average, but his true strength lies in his kicking abilities.

Draken is of a slim, but muscular build; quite tall for his age, with Takemichi once mentioning that he doesn't look like a teenager. His hairstyle consists of shaving the sides of his head, in order to expose his signature dragon tattoo, which he got when he was in elementary school. He also has long hair on top of his head, which he ties into a braid leaving a few strands of hair in the front. He also has a scar on the left side of his abdomen after being stabbed by Kiyomasa.

When he was with the gang he usually wore the ToMan Toppoku, and his favorite casual outfit seemed to be a long patterned jacket.

Personality Draken is sometimes somewhat aggressive and wild in behavior, but he is not impulsive. He loves a good fight and meeting strong opponents. He is rude to those he considers inferior to him and makes it clear that he does not like them.

He always thinks things through calmly and tries to find the best option to solve things, being the most mature of the commanders. He puts himself in other people's shoes and is respectful, sometimes enduring shouts and insults in silence. At all times he follows his instinct: to do the right thing. However, there are times when anger takes over him and he lashes out in rage.

He is also a very affectionate person even though he hates showing affection to the people most important to him, but in order to try to show it he does everything in his power to take care of that person. This is shown with the way he treats Mikey, treating him with utmost patience and taking care of him like a little brother. Another example is when he gave Emma a stuffed animal for her birthday, and she later points out that it was one she had been wanting for a while, making it clear that she realizes the deepest wishes of those closest to her.

As ToMan's sub-commander, Draken has authority over the gang.

Chifuyu is a young boy of average height with turquoise (blue-green) eyes and pale skin. He wears a silver piercing in his left ear. Chifuyu is a very loyal person, with a calm demeanor. He is a very logical person, who prefers to think with his brain instead of being guided by what his heart tells him, and although he likes to keep his emotions balanced deep down he is a rather sentimental person which will let his emotions shine if the situation requires it. He is not willing to leave his friends aside and refuses to fight against those who he considers to be close to him, whether his friends beat him up or for their own good, he will always stay by their side.

Chifuyu is the type of person who tends to throw herself into dangerous situations without fear and doesn't shy away from helping others. She is loyal to Touman and does everything she can for the sake of the gang.

Authority As vice-captain of the first division, he has control and command over the division members in case Takemichi is absent.

Fighting Skill Chifuyu's fighting prowess is better than that of an average delinquent, so much so that he was able to conquer the entire school thanks to his strength, defeating all the students who dared to challenge him and even managing to beat the upperclassmen. And although he is not among the strongest, his fighting prowess should not be underestimated.

Resilience and determination Like Takemichi, Chifuyu can withstand many blows before falling, and that physical resilience combined with her great determination allows her to continue on even when bloodied and bruised. Although her level of willpower is not as high as Takemichi's, it could be said that she is quite close to his level.

Baji wearing the Tokyo Manji uniform. Baji is a young man of medium height, with brown eyes and long black hair slightly wavy at shoulder height; and which, he generally keeps untied.

Mitsuya is a young man of average height and muscular build. His eyes are lavender and his short hair is light purple. He has a piercing in his left ear, a black earring with silver crosses. He also has a dragon tattoo on his right temple, identical to Draken's. The tattoo is now hidden by his hair.

Mitsuya is a calm and level-headed person, who is also a source of positivity in the gang. He is a pacifist and prefers not to get involved in conflicts, but he does not hesitate to fight to defend those he loves.

He has shown his furious side with Takemichi when he was losing and had to tell him to stay focused.

Mitsuya is also an exemplary older brother, taking care of his two younger sisters, Mana and Luna, from an early age, acting as their mother and father since their mother is rarely home due to work.

Skills Authority As the captain of the Tokyo Manji 2nd Division and also one of its founding members, Mitsuya has a lot of influence on the gang's decisions and can lead many criminals.

Endurance Mitsuya was able to stay on his feet after taking numerous hits from the powerful Taiju Shiba and was also able to survive a major blow to the head from a metal pipe and a brick.

Fighting Skill Even though Mitsuya is not interested in fighting and mostly tries to avoid confrontations like most Toman members, he is good at fighting and has shown his fighting skills in several critical situations. His most notable fight was during the feud with the Black Dragons when he fought Taiju Shiba. Taiju was overwhelmingly stronger than Mitsuya, despite that, Mitsuya showed excellent fighting tactics and Taiju had to resort to backhanded tricks in order to defeat him.

Sewing Mitsuya is the leader of the home economics club at his high school. His vast knowledge and skills in sewing earn him the respect of his classmates.

Kazutora Hanemiya 「羽宮・虎, Hanemiya Kazutora」 is one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji. After serving a 2-year sentence in a juvenile detention center for the accidental murder of Shinichiro Sano, he joined Valhalla as their number 3 and leader of the anti-ToMan force. He was also the main antagonist of the Valhalla Arc.

Kazutora is a boy of average height, with a slim build. He has long, dark hair with some blonde streaks. His hair is cut in a "wolf cut" style, which is usually disheveled and untidy. He has a pretty face, with big yellow eyes, as well as a mole under his right eye, and a tiger tattoo on the right side of his neck, which reaches to his shoulder and covers part of his chest.

In his first appearance, he can be seen wearing the same school uniform as Takemichi. He usually wears oversized, neutral-colored clothing or his Valhalla uniform. He also has a golden, bell-shaped earring on his left ear.

As a child, Kazutora had short hair, his overall appearance was quite normal without the tiger tattoo or his signature earring.

As an adult, Kazutora has grown his hair even longer, becoming almost as long as Baji's, which is why Takemichi mistakes him for it after seeing him after so long. In another time skip, his hair becomes longer and is often tied up in a bun; he wears more casual clothing, bearing a slight resemblance to the outfit Baji wore; black pants, with a black t-shirt and a grey jacket.

His hair is bleached yellow and kept in a "fake delinquent" style. When his hair is undone, it appears more similar to his adult hairstyle. He wears the Mizo High School uniform, which consists of a dress shirt, black pants, and loafers when he is at school. During his time with the ToMan, he wears the gang's attire: a customized black Toppoku with the ToMan logo on it. His eyes are also noticeably larger and more hopeful, possibly due to him not having yet experienced the hardships of adult life. He wears a necklace matching his girlfriend's. He has a huge scar on his left hand from being stabbed with a knife. He also has a scar on his left foot from a bullet, though it is never shown.

Personality: He is a somewhat shy and childish man even though mentally he is an adult, although he can sometimes be seen as a coward and usually shows fear of certain types of situations, he is always willing to fight for his loved ones and does not care if he is brutally beaten, stabbed or shot, at any time he will rise to face his enemies.
