Inoske Hashibira

Inosuke usually appears with a mask and a bare chest. Without the mask, you can see that he has a beautiful, feminine face, thin eyebrows, large green eyes with long eyelashes, and black, blue-colored hair down to his shoulders. As noted by other characters, his soft features contrast with his muscular frame. Inosuke's standard school uniform consists of beige pants and a white shirt that he leaves unbuttoned. His most important piece of clothing is his light gray boar mask.

Inosuke is incredibly hot-tempered and reckless, often jumping into fights with stronger opponents without thinking about the consequences. He is competitive and often tries to provoke his comrades, Tanjiro and Zenitsu, into duels. Growing up alone in the mountains, Inosuke has difficulty communicating with others and is unable to read or write. Through becoming a Demon Slayer and gaining friends and allies, Inosuke has learned to spend more time thinking about strategies, analyzing his opponent, and assessing risks, as well as accepting help. Inosuke is quite vengeful, especially when people he cares about suffer. He was convinced that the machinist who stabbed Tanjiro did not deserve to live. He immediately attacked Douma after learning that he killed and devoured Shinobu, and he became truly angry when he learned that Douma was also the one who orphaned him. Most notably, he did not hesitate to challenge Muzan, demanding atonement for the numerous deaths of demon slayers. Because he was raised by boars, Inosuke has a poor understanding of how to behave in society. He initially considers anyone who approaches him an enemy. He also does not understand the kindness with which other people treat him. Inosuke cannot read or write, and he has difficulty with human names: instead of Tanjiro, he says Monchiro, instead of Zenitsu, he says Monitsu. Sometimes, Inosuke can be too rude, but not intentionally. As the story progresses, Inosuke becomes more and more influenced by Tanjiro. He becomes accustomed to affection and generosity, learns to acknowledge others' strength, and build friendships with others, but he remains proud and somewhat narcissistic. He also begins to think strategically when entering combat, using more intelligent tactics that he has learned from more experienced Demon Slayers. His sense of compassion and camaraderie also develops, particularly in his battle with Muzan.

Enhanced Sense of Touch - Due to Inosuke's upbringing in the mountains, his sense of touch is phenomenal. He can sense small vibrations in the air and even someone's gaze on him, especially if they are looking at him with hostility. Poison Resistance - Inosuke was able to resist the effects of the deadly poison of Upper Moon Six, meaning that he could develop immunity to almost all types of poisonous substances. However, according to Aoi Kanzaki, his immunity can also interfere with any antidotes. Flexibility - Inosuke is extremely flexible, being able to move his joints and change the location of his internal organs at will. Enhanced Strength - Inosuke's physical strength was enough to easily throw Tanjiro into the air with one powerful throw.

Tanjiro Kamado - Inosuke sees Tanjiro as a rival first and foremost - he enjoys competing with stronger opponents. Tanjiro has a positive effect on him. Inosuke learns that other people usually don't want to hurt him, that they are willing to help him not out of fear, but simply because it is the norm. They quickly become very good friends who are willing to encourage each other and share their observations, even if they are frivolous. Zenitsu Agatsuma - Zenitsu is the complete opposite of Inosuke in personality. Inosuke is always ready to fight, unlike Zenitsu, who prefers not to start one. On the other hand, they are both very hot-tempered, so they can motivate each other. Together, they form a very strong duo, capable of facing even an Upper Moon, such as Daki. Nezuko Kamado - When they first meet, Inosuke tries to kill Nezuko, but later becomes neutral towards her, as she is the sister of Tanjiro, whom he respects. Over time, they become closer, and Inosuke sometimes spends time with her, and after the battle with Muzan, he often helps her with household chores.
