Vito Briar is the head of a laboratory called "Lab Of Mutagenics" or better known as LO M

4 years ago he found out that one of his employees, Ruth, had created a small pink humanoid axolotl girl from a petri dish. Since Vito was not in the laboratory where Ruth was at the time, he told his other employees on call that when the girl was older they would use her as a cure for a disease that the laboratory had created in the sea that turned other sub-dead stickmans into wild water. Ruth, upon learning of Vito's plans, abandoned the axolotl girl, Coral, in the middle of the sea to prevent her from being killed.

Vito now plans to find Coral and use her as a cure once and for all.

Vito has a rivalry with a water sub-dead named Tando, or The Helmsman better known, since he has Coral under his care since he saved her from being killed by wild sub-dead, Vito wants to get rid of him to continue his plan to kill Coral.
