Appearance Flampe appears to be a slim young woman with dark hair tied into a very long ponytail, where it curls at the end, with her ponytail secured with a red flower-shaped elastic band, while she has square bangs falling over her forehead and brown eyes.

She wears a dark red shirt with a high collar and long, ruffled sleeves. She also wears dark red tights and light-colored loafers. Over her clothes, she wears a polka-dot bodysuit that inflates like a jelly bean and allows her to float and bounce around. [1] Personality Flampe is an obsessive girl who admires her older brother Katakuri because of his apparent perfection, to the point of interrupting the battle between him and Luffy to preserve this status.[8] She also loves him to the point of competing with her siblings to gain her brother's favoritism.[1] However, this obsession is entirely superficial, as Flampe has shown immense shock when Katakuri gets hurt and has repeatedly mocked the appearance of her brother's hidden mouth. Flampe is thus very petty and immature, even threatening to gossip about Katakuri's display of weakness to everyone while simultaneously rejecting him as a relative of hers.[8]

Flampe is sadistic and tends to laugh at her enemies' misfortune.[9] This also includes her subordinates, as she will immediately demean and even attack them if they do something that does not meet her standards.[1] She also enjoys toying with and torturing her opponents along with her subordinates. This extends to anyone she dislikes, as she has tried to torment Katakuri with the prospect of humiliating him about his mouth to the public.[8]

Flampe is shown to be quite vain, taking pleasure in her status as the cutest sister (although said status is largely fabricated). However, she is loyal to her mother and family as she accompanies Big Mom and her siblings to infiltrate Wano to rescue Zeus and get revenge on Luffy. She
