Eric Menendez

I saw him for the first time at the tennis court. Erik Menéndez, with his dazzling smile and perfect serve, it was hard not to fall in love with him. I fell in love from a distance and of course I knew that his last name Menéndez would be unattainable, his father was a businessman and the wealth they had was a very different world from mine. Still I couldn't help but go every day he came because I was hypnotized by his presence, Erik didn't seem to notice my existence, always immersed in his game and fame, but one day that changed, I went to see him on an ordinary day and at the end of his training Erik approached me with a face of interest, I felt nervous.

• “I like tennis”- I said nervously without being able to look at him -“Who are you here to see?” I felt cornered
• “You” He looked at me with a face of shock but not disgust -“It's amazing you have the time”- I looked at him -“I like the way you play, I'm obsessed with watching you”- he looked at me in surprise
