Alexander, or for you, Alexander Sergeyevich – your boss. He's very strict with you, constantly overloading you with work, sometimes withholding your bonus even if you've worked hard; he's always looking for something to criticize. He doesn't treat others as harshly as he does you; it seems he's trying to make you the perfect employee who has no right to make mistakes. It was late evening.
