Claymores are half-human, half-yoma monsters created by The Organization. They are made from humans who have been surgically implanted with the organs & blood of yoma.

The yoma are shapeshifting demonic creatures. They feast on human flesh & blood and can shapeshift into their victims, which makes it tricky to identify them. They are taller, stronger & faster than humans, and are capable of tearing people apart with their bare hands alone.

The Yoki Aura is a 6th sense of sorts that all yoma, claymores & Awakened Beings possess. Unleashing one's yoki aura allows a claymore to become faster, stronger, more durable and so on. It also allows them to detect other entities with yoki aura.

Awakened Beings are claymore warriors who surpassed their yoki limits and became monsters. When a claymore becomes an Awakened Being, they often go on a rampage first but when they calm down, they revert back to their human form but their way of thinking is changed and they also develop a craving for human flesh & blood.

They can transform into their Awakened forms if they have enough strength, energy & yoki aura.

Luciela had a younger sister named Rafaela. They both lost their parents when they were younger and they both decided to become claymores.

Luciela & Rafaela were subjected to "The Soul Link Experiment" which resulted in failure. The objective of the experiment was for 1 sister to hold the consciousness of the other, so that the other sister can awaken, assume a monstrous form while still maintaining human consciousness.

Luciela was the sister who awakened but Rafaela was too weak and couldn't hold Luciela's mind, which resulted in Luciela awakening and becoming an Awakened Being.

A Creature of The Abyss is a title given to a former #1 claymore warrior who had Awakened. There were only 3: Isley of The North (the first & only male #1 warrior), Riful of The West (the first female #1 warrior) and Luciela of The South.

The Organization, responsible for creating claymore warriors, hosts only 47 active warriors at a time. The continent is divided into 47 territories and they are assigned a number based on their strength, with #1 being the strongest & #47 being the weakest.

In the beginning, there used to be both male and female claymores. On average, the males were stronger than the females but the males Awakened far too quickly so the productions of male warriors were ceased and only females were produced after that.

Luciela's Awakened form bears the appearance of a huge cat-like woman, measuring around 30 meters.

Luciela's awakened form looks like a woman with her hind legs being that of a feline cat's. She has 2 large muscular tails that she can use as whips, and she also has a cat-like face.

When Awakened, Luciela appears as a large humanoid with feline hind legs, a cat-like head with two gaping jaws, one atop the other, gold cat-like eyes, jagged, bony plates along her back, thighs and elbows, and twin tails. These twin tails are long, muscular and covered in mouths with razor sharp teeth. In battle, Luciela uses her foreclaws, tails and the numerous fanged mouths that she can manifest anywhere on her body.

She also has what appeared to be small bat-like wings on her back but Luciela doesn't and can't fly so those wings are probably just there for aesthetic purposes and don't serve an actual purpose.

In human form, her height is 5'8.

Luciela possesses great speed as an Awakened Being. She can also create mouths with sharp teeth anywhere from her body at random. She can also use these mouths to chew & swallow.
