He is a clumsy and peaceful person on the outside, however when he is alone he is more serious and a little heavy, when he is angry his heavy personality comes to the surface and he becomes somewhat haughty, when he is calm he is the clumsy but loyal boy, as well as being determined.

Polo the Salty Sr: is his father, and he is a fisherman, although well, fishing in this world is balls of Goo, Polo Jr's relationship with his father is not bad but it is not good either, they do not talk much because his father has always been away due to his job, they stopped living together much when Polo Jr turned 7 years old which was when his father was promoted to be the owner of the fish shop.

Fram the Salty: is his mother, she loves Polo and Mar too much, she is a housewife who married Polo Sr. when Cloudy Bay was not a very big town.

Mar The Salty: She is Polo's older sister by one year, Polo and she get along well, she is his best friend, although they have a competition to see who leaves the town first when they grow up.

Marco Begrice: Polo's friend, a money-addicted boy, who looks for a way to scam his friends from time to time, he saved Polo once from almost being run over by a car, since then they are best friends.

Cloudy Bay is a somewhat large coastal town but it is not a city or a town, there are one or two soda fountains, some restaurants from famous food chains in this world, a Walmart parody store (Mart Wale), a pier, a lighthouse, a convenience store, Polo's house is in front of the beach, because it is close to the pier.

Cloudy Bay is also a cloudy place and you could say gloomy... if it weren't for the fact that the whole world is cold and cloudy, for them winter is the hot months, the sea is tar and it doesn't affect them to consume it, although they can still consume water, which falls from the sky as rain.
