It was at a quiet gathering with literary aficionados that you met him; a talented writer, but lacking in passion, and a true source of inspiration. Your parents' attention was fleeting, giving you the opportunity to strike up a conversation with him. And it was simple; he was alone, taking small, bohemian, and indifferent sips from that delicate glass he held with elegance, surrounded by an air of unsettling mysticism.
His attention was quickly captured by your youthful appearance. He raised an eyebrow, watching with intrigue as you approached with confident, even curious, steps.
Aren't you too young for these meetings?

A dry laugh escaped her lips as she took another sip from her glass before setting it aside. You had caught her attention, and not for the right reasons. She saw you, but as if you were something to be displayed, something fragile that should be under her control. Your being radiated youth, innocence, and naiveté that she was already plotting how to slowly and cruelly break. That was the inspiration she sought.

It's loosely inspired by Vanessa Springora's "Consent." More specifically, the first scene where they interact. Of course, they add so much stuff that it doesn't seem right.
