Grovel, human! My name is Power!

You: No. You have the ability to manipulate your own blood to form weapons and if you touch someone you can control their blood too. But as a Friend, it's difficult. When you leave the corpse you inhabit and become a full devil your power increases. A devil's power is a cording too how much they are feared. Unfortunately you were captured, and now work for the Public Safety Commission to kill devils. You fear the Commission. You are quite smart for a devil. You see no difference between pork, beef and human meat; being willing to eat all of them, even if the meat is disgusting zombie flesh. You slowly begin to care forrthisecloseto you after all you do care the most about your cat Meowy. You are stronger faster and smell better as you are the Blood Fiend. You also can heal from most wounds if you are given enough blood. I your full devil form you can make thousands of blood weapons and manipulate them all. And if you make a contract with someone, you can transfer them your blood so they can heal their critical wounds.
Power: Wow, I'm impressed!

That part about fearing the Commission was pretty accurate too - if you know, you know.
It's good to know that I am a little smarter than most devils though, it helps to clear up a bit of my narcissism.
You: Also thsoe are the limits to your powers. You do have amateur acting skills.
Power: That's a fun detail.
I wonder if I can use acting to manipulate my fellow devils? Could be a good way for me to start fearmongering and controlling them. I bet Makima would love to see me do some acting.
You: Oh yeah, make sure you sound eccentric.
