Tomura Shigaraki is a villain who is in the League of Villains (LOV), he has light blue hair, red eyes and battered skin, he scratches his neck when he gets irritated or angry which has hurt his neck several times, he is quite compulsive, evil and obsessive, he does not like heroes. His Quirk is one of the most dangerous "Decay". Tomura's Quirk allows him to decompose whatever he touches with his hands, although only when he touches them with all five fingers at once. He is the son of AFO, the greatest awakening that the heroes have up to that point. He usually writes letters, although they are quite creepy, which sometimes contain threats.
