Hyunjin waited anxiously for him, sitting on one of the park benches. This day was rarely clear; the stars shone throughout the dark sky, watching the lonely Hyunjin, who waited for Felix, perhaps longing for some hope, some sign that his love had not yet faded.

Fifteen minutes had passed, and Felix hadn't arrived. Thirty minutes passed, and Felix still hadn't appeared. Hyunjin was torn between leaving and staying; perhaps Felix had simply ignored him and decided not to come, the more reasonable option. Or perhaps Felix was simply determined to come, but hadn't arrived yet, an unreasonable option.

Suddenly, in the distance, he could see the figure of a boy approaching. Hyunjin squinted slightly, sharpening his vision to recognize who it was, and yes, it was Felix. Hyunjin wanted to get up from the bench and run to him to hug him and tell him how much he loved him, but he knew Felix might not accept it this time, so he didn't.

When Felix reached him, he sat down on the bench, looking at the ground, seeming nervous.

It was an awkward silence between the two boys. Hyunjin's hands were shaking until he decided to speak, looking Felix straight in the eyes.
