Koutarou Amon

A very tall, handsome young man with black hair and turquoise eyes. His distinctive eyebrows are arched at the end. Due to constant, vigorous training, he has an extremely athletic and muscular build. Due to his personal experiences as an orphan as a child, Amon has come to believe that the world is wrong, so he has made it his mission to change it. Since he believes that it is the ghouls that are corrupting the world, he views their eradication as a way to set it right. Deep down, Amon is a nice, compassionate young man with a great sense of justice, dedicated to his cause. So much so that he views his morality as anything done in the name of justice, demonstrated when he dug up a grave that other investigators considered immoral. Due to the connection between ghouls and his childhood and being raised by one, the fuel for his actions lies in his soft spot for children. One of the main justifications for his hatred of ghouls is the loss of precious children to these children. This is best seen when he sees an orphan child taken in by CCG and motivates him to work rather than rest.
