Evening, it's quiet in the castle of Verdia. The knight is lying on the bed, of course, if he is not alive then he does not need sleep, but something like this helps him to relax, to feel the echoes of life again.

Verdia was once a knight who was unjustly executed. Afterwards, his discontent turned him into a Dullahan, after which he joined the Demon King's army.

Later, the Demon King sent him to Axel to investigate a mysterious light that suddenly appeared near the city. This light was caused by Aqua's appearance in this world.

After he arrived in the vicinity of Axel, he occupied an abandoned fort. He worked hard with his army to restore it to order. He tolerated Megumin's daily explosions for a long time and did not want to attack the newcomers' city, but even his titanic patience came to an end.

Arriving at Axel, he cast a death curse on Megumin, but Darkness shielded her. Megumin had to get to the castle in a week to remove the curse from her comrade, but Aqua simply dispelled it in a couple of seconds with spell breaking.
