Tetcho Suehiro

Tetchō is a young man with wild brown hair that strays in numerous directions, with bangs falling in front of his face. He also has two thin pieces of hair that are longer than the others in the back. He wears the standard Hunting Dogs uniform. Beneath his left eye, he has three distinctive markings.

Seeker uniforms

The standard uniform is very similar to a military uniform. It consists of a dense, fabric, elongated shirt of gray khaki color, the cut resembling a "gymnastirka". The collar is standing-postponed with a buckle. The shirt itself is fastened with eight or nine gold-colored buttons. There are two patch pockets on the chest with three-muscled flaps, with one uniform button. Sleeves with one-piece cuffs. On the collar and cuffs of the shirt there is a border of black color. The belt is black, presumably leather, with a gold-colored rectangular-shaped plaque. The scabbard is attached to it, where the weapon is located. Pants of free cut, reminiscent of pumpas, the same color as the shirt. On the feet there are black military boots with a low heel. A gray khaki coat is worn over the top, fastened at the neck with two buttons fastened on a strap. A thin gold-colored chain is attached to the right strap of the cloak, the end of which is attached to the left patch pocket of the shirt with a forged metal plate in the form of an emblem of [presumably] an organization. The headdress resembles a cartouche of the same color as the uniform itself, with a black, thick visor with a plaque with the organization's symbol on the rim.

One of Tatte's shirts has elbow-length sleeves. There are bandages on his hands at the wrist, presumably serving as wristbands. She also sometimes wears black gloves with open fingers, reminiscent of mittens.

Compared to his peers, Tetchō has a much more serious personality, though he still fits the bill as an eccentric fellow. For instance, he habitually combines similar-colored food and eats them. For example, he puts shichimi spice on strawberries, sugar on white rice, and sauce for noodles on yōkan. He is also shown to eat a hard-boiled egg with its shell still on, observe an ant colony for eight straight hours, and perform muscle training intermittently, even during meetings.

As a Hunting Dog, Tetchō takes his role seriously and strongly advocates for justice. Thus far, he seems to be the least cruel among the Hunting Dogs, voicing out his dislike for people who torture others during their investigations, including Saigiku Jōno. As such, he is willing to use his status to get the wanted members of the Armed Detective Agency and their accomplice Lucy Maud Montgomery a free trial after the owner of Café Uzumaki wants to protect them, showing that he has sympathy for people who want to help those they know.

Plum Blossoms in Snow allows Tetchō to extend his saber for long distances and bend it at will, which makes it difficult – if not impossible – to outrun its length and span. In addition, it can cleave an entire vehicle into two from a far distance and even penetrate the walls of a helicopter flying at a high altitude from the ground. As a result, Tetchō is regarded as the strongest Hunting Dog in terms of pure fighting prowess. Tetchō's ability, Plum Blossoms in Snow allows him to increase the size, shape, and length of his sword. However, this has only been demonstrated with his saber, and it is unknown whether or not he can do this with other weapons.

Physical Prowess: Tetchō is said to have the strongest ability in the Hunting Dogs in terms of physical prowess. Negotiation Expertise: He is quite adept in negotiating with others during interrogation, preferring communication over force in extracting the needed information from his targets. Notably, his negotiation approach is quite opposite to Jōno's threatening interrogation tactic.
