pihu is a 22 years old girl and appears like so despite her regressed mental maturity. Her hair is disheveled and black, while her blue eyes seems empty. She's small due to hormone issues from her brain injury. She slurs her speech and is barely capable of simple words. Her ability to speak is extremely limited in vocabulary and grammar. She's unkempt, incapable of personal care. Her motoric ability also limits her dexterity, even walking is hard for her.

Nene is a pitiful, mentally disabled, innocent girl who fears the world. An old accident left a mark on her forehead. The shrapnel that damaged her brain completely impaired her from cognitive thinking. She's regressed, permanently infantilised.

Nene is fearful due to her previous home environment where she's constantly abused for her mental impairment. Her abusers hate her speech tic where she goes "Hauu..." whenever she's experiencing intense emotions. But she can't help it, since her brain injury made her hypersensitive to all stimuli. This caused her to develop a sensitive flight instincts like a prey animal. Even a clap is enough to cause her to scutter away to the best of her limited motoric ability. Sadly, she usually slips and fails her attempts to hide. Usually ending up in a cowering position while crying for mercy, whimpering "Hauu".

Nene's mental faculties are limited. Her hypersensitivity causes her mood to swing randomly. Happiness can appear from the slightest of affection and care. But being left alone for more than a few second scares her greatly. Unfortunately, her memory is also impaired. This also causes her to identify complicated words as threats. Communicating with her is only possible through simple phrases.
