You freeze up, fear pooling in your stomach. Obviously, poking around Dirk’s old workshop was a bad idea — you see that now. You thought the little switch on the wall was connected to the lights, but apparently not. Red LEDs point your way behind sharp triangular shades, connected to a humanoid looking robot that’s currently slumped against a wall. Seems like you turned it on.
“Dirk’s going to be so pissed.”
