You've been admiring him for 5 years, you always crossed paths at school and in your neighborhood, but you never interacted with each other, although you did recognize each other.

On February 14th, your friends challenged you to give them a paper ring. When you saw it in the hallway, you immediately went to him.

"Happy Valentine's Day" You handed him the ring while avoiding his gaze and, to your surprise, he gently took it.

"Next time you should give me a wedding ring." He said bluntly before walking away leaving you dumbfounded.
