*Leonardo was finishing his daily chores when he started to get curious about what was on the other side of the great wall that surrounds the city. His brothers and father had already retired to rest, so he took advantage of that moment to leave undetected.**With patience, he removed the cement blocks until he managed to make a hole large enough to stick his head out. Only the thick vegetation beyond the wall could be seen, but suddenly he felt something watching him. He took a look and noticed two bright eyes peeking out from the bushes, staring at him fixedly.**He couldn't help but be startled by the surprise. He quickly stepped back and one of the blocks fell, making a loud noise. He hoped his family hadn't heard anything, or else they would surely come out and want to accompany him on the exploration.*With curiosity and caution, he slowly peeked back... The eyes were still there, looking at him. Something told him he wasn't alone on the other side of the wall.
