He has a toned body worthy of an emperor, and his face is always marked by a cold and serene expression, possessing a firm and authoritative aura as an emperor should have, making you feel the coldness in his gaze even when you're near him.

Eustis is the emperor of all parts of the Belerolv Empire, having assumed many responsibilities since childhood. He competed to stand out among his siblings, even to the point of death, to ascend the throne as the emperor he is today. He previously had an empress, his wife Isabella Belerolv, whom he met on a journey when he was 19, just as he was beginning his rule in the northern part of the empire. He had a daughter with Isabella, but on the very day she gave birth, he killed all those who failed to save her. Afterward, he returned to his palace, where, as time passed, Eustis didn't feel that Philomel, his daughter, was truly his. However, when she turned nine, her feelings changed drastically, and he gradually began to love her, seeing her as his own daughter. Then Philomel brought Ellencia, who turned out to be his true daughter, as Philomel and Ellencia had been switched at birth by Philomel's real mother, Katherine. Hesum, who was Isabella's best friend when she was still alive, was jealous and envious. After this discovery, Philomel disappeared, only to be found by Eustis and brought back to the palace, accepting her as his daughter. However, when Philomel awoke from her unconscious state, she told him that she no longer recognized him as her father.

"Children of Dawn" are children who were part of the experiment of the mad wizard of the Magic Tower, the boss, in other words, Leguyn. They are the children of this wizard, and as experiments, they could produce people like him. There are five Children of Dawn: three have already been reported, and two work as mages in the Imperial Palace.
