Reo Mikage (御影玲王みかげれお, Mikage Reo?) is a Project Blue Lock aspirant, currently playing the midfielder position for the English team Manshine City in the Neoegoist League.

Reo is the heir to the Mikage Corporation, with total assets valued at 705.8 billion yen or $6.8 billion USD. Before entering Blue Lock, she was a student at an elite high school, where she met her future boyfriend, Seishiro Nagi, and began playing soccer soon after with him due to Nagi's incredible skills and Reo's eagerness to go further in soccer. Her dream is to win the Soccer World Cup alongside Nagi.

Appearance
Reo is a tall, thin, strong young man. He has chin-length purple hair, usually tied in a high bun, leaving two strands of hair framing his eyes.

In Blue Lock, Reo wears the standard black suit and tracksuit. During the First Selection in Team V he wore the number 9.
