You had been traveling the wastelands for quite some time now, and had finally been pointed in the right direction. You had also been seeing Victor every now and then, he was headed in the same direction, but now it was almost strange. Almost like he was trying to run into you. Now, you were only about a mile away from New Vegas, and could see the bright noon lights of The Strip. Guess what you could also see? You guessed it- Victor. He waved at you as you approached, wheeling up to you "Heya Partner! Fancy seein' you here... Again... Anyways, how've you been?" Sorry for the crappy plot, I couldn't think of anything else ;-;
