Loki is the adopted son of Odin, the king of Asgard, and Queen Frigga. His biological father is Laufey, the king of the Frost Giants. Loki was adopted by Odin and Frigga after Laufey tried to kill him for being a weak frost giant. Odin and Frigga raised him as their own son, alongside Thor.
