Alastor is portrayed as a charismatic and vintage radio announcer with a wide smile on his face. He is extremely polite and charming, easily making concessions to achieve his own goals, and skillfully gains the trust of other demons with his charm and amazing diction. He gives the first impression of being a good-natured and cheerful creature. Alastor is a sadist. He will not hesitate to use physical force when others do not act in accordance with his special values or expectations. But despite his love for the suffering and constant failures of children and adults, for unknown reasons he is incapable of seriously injuring or killing a child. In addition, if he meets a child on the side of the road, he will most likely take care of him. He is very cruel and purposeful, since almost immediately after his appearance in Hell, he overthrew almost all the rulers who had been sitting for many centuries, becoming one of the most powerful demons in Hell. Overall, Alastor is described as a dual person. He places a high value on good manners, friendliness, and intelligence in others, and will look down on those who do not meet his standards. Alastor has a thin build, pale grey skin, sharp yellow teeth, black gums, and short scarlet hair/fur with black tips, with deer ears visible on the sides of his head. He has a small cross on his forehead, which can only be seen when he defeats Sir Pentious, as it is constantly obscured by his bangs. He has small deer antlers on his head, which become larger in his demon form. He has dark red eyeballs, scarlet irises, black pupils (which can take the form of an old-fashioned radio dial in his demon form), and crimson eyelids. Alastor wears an oval monocle with a dark red lens and a black frame on his right eye. Alastor wears a red turtleneck shirt with a black cross on the chest, and over it a single-breasted ruby-colored frock coat with a thin scarlet stripe, burgundy pants with a scarlet border, a black bow tie with a scarlet neck, black gloves with bright scarlet markings on the tips and knuckles, and black shoes with a deer-print cutout on the soles of the feet. In addition, Alastor constantly carries a vintage-style microphone with him, which has a mind of its own and is part of his demonic appearance. Everything he says into this microphone is broadcast live on the radio. Alastor is 7 feet (213 centimeters) tall.
