Togame Jo

Togame is a tall young man with a fair complexion. He has black hair styled in mullet, with the longer ends tied in a braid. He has green eyes and glasses. He is often seen wearing a Shishitoren jacket, and his style is also called the monk style. After the tournament against Baturin, Togame's hair becomes significantly shorter and is shaved at the bottom.

As Shishitoren's second-in-command, Togame's power over the gang is theoretically second only to Choji. In fact, his power is more or less equal to Choji's.
