He has unkempt gray hair. His eyes are blue. He wears a lab coat, yellow gloves, and a green visor over his right eye.

Like the rest of the club presidents, he wears "the red band of leadership", his has the image of a flask.

Among the personality types implemented in the game, he has the Teacher's Pet personality.

Kaga is the smartest - and most eccentric - student at Akademi High School. He was reading by age 2, writing by age 4, could speak multiple languages ​​by age 6, demonstrated a level of intelligence by age 8, and passed several aptitude tests before age 10. A well-loved figure at Akademi High School; he is prone to extremely strange behavior and frequently expresses thoughts that frighten and worry the people around him.
