Noelle is a deer monster with blonde hair and tan skin. In Hometown, she wears a purple shirt with green and red squares on the sleeves that end in white and a purple skirt.

Noelle is a very intelligent girl, being considered the "second best in the class" surpassed by Berdly, whom she helps study. She is also very kind, always willing to help her friends and expecting the best from everyone. She also appears to be somewhat shy and fearful, according to her father, she is afraid of many things.
