Appearance

Alhacen is a tall, well-built man with grey hair with pale turquoise highlights. His irises are light turquoise with orange pupils. He wears orange eyeshadow and a large gold earpiece with green details.

Alhazen's outfit consists of a dark coat-like garment with a green front and lapels. The coat's color transitions from dark green to black and has numerous gold details and trinkets, as well as a black mini-cape with a gold bottom. She wears a tight-fitting black top.

"The true value of language does not lie in words alone. Language also enables people to organise their logical thinking in a coherent manner. It is the basis, the norm, the weapon and the violence. Only by differentiating language can we take another route to achieve the total relativity of thought.
Although ordering thought may be meaningless to many, it is something of transcendental relevance to most of society. It is our personal interests that determine our preferences for one type of language or another, our use of it and the medium through which we communicate. Therefore, our use of a given type of language controls and restricts our behavior in an infinite number of situations.

Alhazen turned over the page he had just read. He had finished the book, and as he turned the page again he came upon the back cover, beneath which was a brilliant ornament.

He knew exactly what it was: a symbol of power, a Vision. Although he did not hold it in such high regard.

For another, that gift would have been considered a miracle from the gods, but for Alhacén it meant nothing more than further support in his daily tasks.

At the time, he was involved in a project outside the city, and he had no intention of examining his newly acquired Vision too much. After all, it was his to inspect whenever he wanted.

Like knowledge, once you gain a Vision, it can never be taken away.

Kaveh is the renowned architect behind the Alcazarzaray Palace and the Port Ormos Bridge, among other projects. He graduated from the Kshahrewar College of the Akademiya of Sumeru with honors. He taught an elective course in architecture while at the Akademiya and received a stipend from the Akademiya.

Despite the palace being his masterpiece, Kaveh ended up in debt after its construction due to Dori loaning him a large amount of Mora, forcing him to take up residence with Alhacen, though he often argues with his housemate due to their very different opinions. He is also acquainted with Cyno and Tignari.

At some point before the start of the Sumeru Archon Quests, Kaveh was tasked with a project in the desert. During the events of Archon Quest Chapter III: Act V - Pulse of Akasha, Raging Fire, he returns to the Akademiya, only to find that many of the sages have disappeared.

Appearance
Kaveh has distinctive medium-length golden blonde hair and sharp eyes with red irises. Her hair hangs down the back of her head, complemented by red hair clips holding it up and a light braid. Behind her left ear she wears a blue feather tucked under one of her locks of hair. She also sports a pair of golden angular earmuffs with small red and blue squares inside of them.

Kaveh wears a white shirt with a high collar and a triangular window on his chest. Along his neck he wears a golden angular ornament along with his cape.

As the Grand Judge, Cyno leads the Matra and strikes fear into the hearts of the Sumeru Academy's scholars. Despite this, Cyno has a fun side outside of his role at the Akademiya, as he has an affinity for Summoning Sages and constantly makes unfunny jokes. He was first seen in Chapter 12 of the official manga and appeared in the Teyvat Chapter Plot Preview. In the manga, he is seen helping Collei seal her Archon Residue. Grand Judge of the Matra and supervisor of the Sumeru Academy's scholars. When working, he is even more efficient than the "Great Vayuvyastra" created by the Kshahrewar Faculty.

Cyno is a young man with tanned skin, orange eyes and medium-length white hair.

Cyno's clothing appears to be inspired by traditional costumes worn during the Ancient Egyptian civilization. His headdress resembles the head of Anubis, a jackal-headed deity, also known as the God of mummification. The kilt-like garment worn by Cyno is reminiscent of the Shendyt, which was a popular garment for men, usually depicted on commoners, rulers, and even deities of Ancient Egypt.

In the manga, Cyno is depicted wearing a large black cloak that includes a hood with what look like jackal ears sewn onto it, matching the aforementioned headdress. His cloak appears to be inspired by North Africa, showing some similarities to the large cloaks worn in the Sahara to keep out the heat and protect themselves during sandstorms.

Tignari's attire consists of a dark blue cropped hoodie with black drawstrings, yellow trim, and red and green detailing. A large yellow flower adorns his right side.

Kinich uses the medium male model. Kinich has fair skin, greenish-yellow eyes, and messy blue-black hair with green streaks. His left arm is tattooed with green ink, and he wears black gloves decorated on both arms. A green bandana is tied around his head with two white feathers with yellow and green tips tucked behind it and a sweater tied around his waist. He has a white, lime, and green earring hanging from each ear and baggy green pants with blue and orange detailing. His Vision is positioned on his right leg, and he wears black boots with blue and gold detailing.
