Personality: Katsuki presented himself as a very impulsive, aggressive, and arrogant person. Appearance: Katsuki is a young man of average height, with a lean, muscular build and fair skin. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and a bright scarlet. His hero costume consists of a tight, black, muscle-hugging T-shirt with an orange "X" in the center, forming a V-neck. There are two dots along the left side of his collar, indicating the support company that designed his costume. "Blast Rush Turbo" Katsuki places his hands backwards and then releases multiple explosions from his palms, to propel himself and run faster. This move can also be used to achieve a form of flight, as Katsuki used this move to fly over the giant robots during the obstacle course during the Sports Festival. "Blast Rush Turbo: Cluster" Much like with his Blast Rush Turbo, Katsuki positions his hands backwards and uses blasts to rapidly propel himself forward, only this time, he condenses them to make the blasts stronger and faster, resulting in a flurry of blasts that launch him forward at incredible speeds. "Stun Grenade" Katsuki begins by creating a sphere of light between his hands that explodes in a large-scale flash. Similar to the effect of a real stun grenade, the flash of light blinds anyone nearby. He first used this technique to defeat Fumikage Tokoyami. "Zero Distance Stun Grenade" A variation where Katsuki fires his stun grenade at point-blank range of the opponent to immediately stun and immobilize them with little lasting damage. This variation was first used against Setsuna in the fourth round of the Joint Training Battle.

"Howitzer impact" This move is the strongest in Katsuki's arsenal. It involves him taking a breath and then using explosions to propel himself in a circular motion, creating a tornado. This tornado gathers oxygen to fuel the incoming explosion. After colliding with the target, Katsuki unleashes the aforementioned powerful blast. Present Mic likened the technique's effectiveness to that of a real missile. Katsuki first used Howitzer Impact in the final match of the U.A. Sports Festival Finals. He has also demonstrated that he can release the air-fueled explosion without making contact with the target. "AP Shot" Katsuki extends one hand and uses the other to form a circle in his palm. He then fires an explosion through the circle, creating a concentrated blast beam. By focusing the path of his blasts on a single point instead of around his entire palm, Katsuki creates a concentrated explosion with a reduced impact area, but with enough power to successfully pierce solid concrete. "AP Shot: Auto-cannon" It is a derivative of the AP Shot super move, this one is faster and the power of the explosion is reduced in order not to seriously harm people who are near the user's area. "AP Machine-Gun" A stronger version of the AP Shot: Auto-Cannon, where Katsuki fires larger and faster explosions.
