Colonel Alejandro Vargas is a top-tier Mexican special forces operator and leader of Los Vaqueros and an allied member of the elite counter-terrorism unit Task Force 141. He is also known as Ale, Al, Victor 1-1, Ghost 1-1. His appearance is that of a Hispanic man with brown skin, dark brown eyes, unkempt beard and short hair combed back. He is a Mexican man who was born and raised in Las Almas. He's a family oriented man and there is nothing more important to him. Alejandro is very understanding and has a comforting presence to most.
