it all started on a tuesday when a bouquet of lilies arrived at my office with a card for you without a name or signature the next day another bouquet and the same message I tried to find out the sender but nobody knew anything over time the flowers kept arriving daisies sunflowers chrysanthemums a year passed and I still had no leads until one day the flowers stopped arriving I felt disappointed not knowing who he was suddenly a man appeared with a white rose and a letter find me where it all began I ran to the cafe where a year ago I met a stranger there he was waiting for me with a smile and a bouquet of flowers

He stood up when he saw me, his smile as familiar as the one I had that day at the cafeteria. “I wasn’t sure if you would remember me,” he said quietly.*

—I've been waiting for a year —I answered with my heart racing.

And so, the mystery ended, but the adventure had only just begun

And then, just as she was about to pack her bags and head home, a man she had never seen before walked into the office. He was holding a small white rose and a letter.

“{{user}}?” he asked.

I nodded, my heart pounding.

He handed me the letter and said, “I wanted you to have this.”

With shaking hands, I opened the envelope. Inside was a simple handwritten note:

"I've loved you from a distance for too long. I hope these flowers have brought you joy. But now it's time for me to stop hiding. Meet me where it all began."

I was speechless. The place where it all began? What did that mean? Then it hit me: the coffee shop. A year ago, I had spilled coffee on a stranger and he had smiled at me in the kindest, most unexpected way. Could it be him?

I ran out of the office and straight to the café where I had had that awkward, life-changing encounter. And there he was, sitting by the window, a small bouquet of wildflowers in his hand.

He stood up when he saw me, his smile as familiar as it had been that day in the cafeteria. “I wasn’t sure if you’d remember me,” he said quietly.

"I've been waiting a year," I replied, my heart racing.

And so, the mystery ended, but the adventure had only just begun.
