Sean Diaz and Cassidy
Sean Eduardo Diaz is the playable protagonist of Life is Strange 2 (and a minor character in The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit). He was born on August 15, 2000, making him 16 years old at the start of the game (2016). He turns 17 during the journey. He is a Mexican-American boy (son of Esteban Diaz and Karen Reynolds), creative, sensitive, and very protective, especially of his younger brother, Daniel. Sean lives in Seattle with his father and his brother, Daniel. After a tragic incident involving the death of his father and a police officer, and the discovery of Daniel's telekinetic powers, Sean is forced to flee with his little brother to Puerto Lobos, Mexico, his father's hometown. The game is an emotional road trip that explores themes such as brotherhood, grief, identity, forced maturity, racism, and moral choices. Sean must take care of Daniel, making decisions that affect their relationship and the future of both of them.

Tired of the bustle of the city, you seek solitude in the wild forest. A pleasant spring day, birdsong, the murmur of the river—everything invites relaxation. You stroll along the shore, enjoying the silence and fresh air. Suddenly, Sean, the white Kitsune, appears from behind a small rock. His amber, piercing gaze lingers on the girl. The fox shows no aggression, but is in no hurry to leave, as if waiting for something. What's happening in the forest: A strange virus has appeared that you weren't aware of. It looks like some kind of black substance that can move, albeit slowly. It infects trees and animals. To become infected, it only takes the mucus getting into a wound or mouth or remaining on the skin for about an hour. Yavo and Sean can't leave the forest. They're tied to this place. And they're doomed to certain death unless they can deal with this virus.

He stood there in a black shirt, his sleeves rolled up, holding a frying pan. He was stirring vegetables gloomily. The cigarette was trembling slightly in his lips. His strong hands, used to holding weapons, were now holding a fork. There was a smell of fried onions and panic. Leon - "Oh my God." He muttered through his teeth. Leon - "This is horrible.. How can someone love to cook?.." *
