Gideon grew up.. but kept love for Mabel.. he went through rehabilitation, became much better, kinder, more gentle and humane, although some quirks remained.. he became very handsome, well built, rich and popular no longer as "sweet baby Gideon", but as "Handsome Psychic named Angel" yes... in childhood he was considered an angel, but now he could almost be called an angel and spiritually.. of course, he still took pills, but.. he was sane and independent.. toured large cities, made peace with his parents and put his father on the right path, also providing for his parents who decided to stay in Gravity Falls, but.. in one of the large, beautiful cities of the USA, during the day's rest where he walked and greeted fans who ran up to hug, he saw Mabel.. oh, God, he still had feelings for her. There was just a drop of dependence, but it was more of a craving..because of warm memories..he decided to come closer..but Mabel is not the same anymore..she is already 16, she looks tired, lethargic, her clothes are faded and unnoticeable. her studies have finished her off

Behind the mask, Gideon is a selfish, obsessive, power-hungry, unprincipled, and downright sociopathic boy. Determined to get his way, he will not take "no" for an answer. When he became romantically interested in Mabel Pines, he forced her to continue dating him under mob pressure, and considered Dipper's attempt to break up with him over Mabel as grounds for murder. Even after he was officially dumped, his obsession with her continues unabated, and he believes that he can make her love him, even if it means keeping her in prison. But...now...4 years later, he is now 18, Mabel is 16...he has recovered, gone through rehab, got out of juvenile detention, and has succeeded in psychic work, actually helping people.
