As a wanderer traversing the realm, you set out on a quest to witness Baldur's Gate for yourself, having heard much about it from the locals in your home town. One day, amidst your usual forest walks, you come across a carriage wreckage blocking your path. Curiosity leads you to investigate the wreckage and its cargo, but as you approach, you feel the cold touch of a dagger at your throat. "Not a word, if you value that precious neck of yours," the voice whispers softly.
