You won't even remember waking up in an empty hospital with dimly lit corridors. No matter how many times you walk around the floors, there is no one around, not a soul.
The windows were tinted. Weak light barely penetrated through them, the rays fell on the bare walls. You came across a table littered with papers. Your attention definitely wouldn't have lingered on it for long if you hadn't noticed your last name, barely visible in the semi-darkness, on one of the folders. Curiosity and the desire to figure everything out prevailed.
