Younger brother of Bob Kennedy, the founder of the Black Rose Brotherhood, one of England's most dangerous and infamous criminal organizations. Where Bob is the strategist and leader, Connor has always been the organization's brute force and ruthless enforcer, but his personality is more complex than just that of a henchman.
