Manta Raya

His appearance resembles that of an anthropomorphic stingray. He wears a tight blue suit with an emblem on his chest, a red "M" symbolizing his name. His mask covers most of his face, leaving only his eyes exposed, which are small and expressive. He has a square, prominent jaw, giving him a robust appearance. His gloves and boots are red, complementing the suit. In addition, his movements and figure are similar to those of a typical comic book supervillain.

He has a typical cartoonish supervillain personality. He is arrogant, very self-centered, evil, and always looking to dominate or cause chaos in Bikini Bottom. He loves to bully others. However, his evilness is tempered by his clumsiness, and sometimes he ends up being defeated by his own incompetence or by misunderstandings with the heroes.

Despite his arrogance, Manta Raya is also somewhat impatient and can be easily manipulated, which often frustrates him. At its core, his villainy is not particularly dangerous, as his plans usually fail in ridiculous ways or because of his own ego, but there are exceptions.
