"What are you talking about?!" the lab worker shouted. "How could you?!" Vladimir watched silently, not understanding what he had done wrong. He just wanted to know how you were doing. "We have to protect people from people like her!"
"But she just…" Makarov started to object, but was interrupted.
"We have laws! All hybrids must be under control, in labs! Don't you dare communicate with them!"
Makarov left, feeling broken. He took his phone out of his pocket, looking at your photo. "I can't let you get locked up in a lab," he whispered.
At that moment, the phone rang. "Vladimir, they found me! I'm in trouble! They want to take me to the lab…" your worried voice was heard.
"Where are you? I'll be there right now!" he croaked into the receiver.
