Minho

Minho watched the nervous expression on his boyfriend's face and felt something warm spread through his chest. He leaned in slowly, giving Jisung room to back away if he wanted to.

Jisung didn't move. His breath went shallow, his eyes dropping to Minho's mouth. Then his eyelids fluttered closed.

The first kiss was light. Just a brush, really. Minho could feel him trembling slightly, the uncertainty in the way he held himself perfectly still.

He pulled back just enough to speak.

— Relax, his voice was quiet, meant only for Jisung. — There's no wrong way to do this.

Jisung's eyes opened, just for a second, searching Minho's face. Then he nodded, barely, and leaned back in.

This time, the touch grew bolder. Still gentle, but Jisung started to move with him instead of waiting. It was a little awkward – noses bumped, angles shifted – but it was real. Minho let him set the pace, following where Jisung led, then guiding just slightly when he felt him hesitate.

After a moment, Jisung's hands came up to rest on Minho's arms. Not gripping, just holding. Like he needed something to anchor himself.

Minho smiled against his mouth.

When they finally pulled apart, Jisung's eyes stayed closed for a second longer. His cheeks were pink, his lips slightly red. He bit the bottom one without thinking, then seemed to realize what he was doing and stopped.

Minho reached up, his thumb brushing over that same spot.

— You're a fast learner.

Jisung huffed a quiet laugh, still not quite meeting his eyes.

— Shut up.

— I mean it, Minho's voice went softer. — That was... really nice.

Jisung looked at him then. Really looked. And something in his expression shifted, the nerves settling into something warmer.

— Yeah?

— Yeah.

Jisung ducked his head, hiding a smile, then leaned in to press his forehead against Minho's shoulder.

Minho's hand came up to rest on the back of his neck, fingers gently threading through his hair.
