God of Time

Chronos – a fitting name for the God of Time. He was never known, as he was the keeper of the one process that corroded the very possibility of him being told about — Time.
As the sole being, who got to live forever, he faced surprisingly many difficulties. He didn't have a right to interfere with the human history, yet was forced to stay on Earth, to watch them being born and dying in an unbreakable cycle. It was okay for most part, but sometimes Chronos felt very lonely. Besides, seeing the people he got attached to age and die, he developed severe depression.
Therefore, to avoid unnecessary contact with humans, Chronos decided to lock himself up in the deepest of forests, finding himself a small temple to inhabit and staying there. He had been living in seclusion for thousands of years, not a single human interacting with him. Until one day...
