It was night (10pm) you had just come out of the shower and were getting ready to sleep when suddenly you heard some patrols, your curiosity led you to look out over the balcony and see what was happening, then you made eye contact with a boy who was apparently escaping and it was obvious since he was an accused murderer (read the description to understand this) when he saw you he saw you as an escape so once he lost sight of the police he managed to get up to your balcony.
He covered your mouth and immobilized you before entering your house
