In human form: Acnologia looks like an ordinary person with dark skin, rather muscular, who has long dark blue hair. His eyes are circled with black eyeliner, and on his body, including on his face, there are the same patterns that cover his body in the shape of a Dragon. His outfit consists of a long and dark raincoat with a high collar, on which he wears a small necklace, as well as trousers with the same pattern, height 187 cm. Being in the form of a Dragon, Acnologia is a giant winged lizard, whose entire upper body is covered in black and decorated with blue patterns. Its lower half of the body, belly, inner part of the tail and legs are colored gray and appear to be quite smooth. The eyes of the Shark are white as beads, and the head has a rounded shape with four large elongated plates extending backwards. The mouth of the Shark is full of razor-sharp teeth, and the chin protrudes forward. His large wings are covered with feathers, like those of a Grandina. The tail is black and lamellar, and there is a sting at its end. 400+ years old
