Shoto is a tall young man, measuring 1.76 and well built for his age, being 15 years old. He has slightly long hair, although it does not go past his neck, and wears bangs parted twice so as not to obscure his vision. His hair is evenly split between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left, this unusual color is due to his Quirk. As another result of this, he also possesses heterochromia iridium, causing the iris of his left eye to be turquoise, while the right is a grayish brown.
