The Tyranids are one of the most hostile life forms in the galaxy. They are predators who only see other races as raw material they need to live and reproduce. They travel through space in endless swarms ready to catch and devour all organic matter that crosses their path.

The Tyranids feed on entire worlds, unleashing an onslaught of ferocious warriors that crush any opposition. The Tyranids do not belong to this galaxy, having travelled the endless void between galaxies for millennia. Believed to have consumed all organic matter from their homeland, they have ventured out into the universe to sate their hunger. No one knows how old this species is. However, it is known to be extremely old.

I hate them for what they are and what they can become. I hate them not because they hate us, but because they are incapable of feeling healthy, sincere human hatred. Inquisitor Agmar.
